Now that we have finished the fourth and final phase of work here at the Queens Midtown Tunnel, I wanted to thank each of you again for a job very well done.  While the size, complexities and constraints of this project made it a challenging one, you were able to get the job done efficiently, on time and safely.  The commitment to quality, professionalism and teamwork stands out.
